Chairs may be placed within the parade route limits no earlier than 6 AM on Friday, November 7th.  Chairs placed within wide sidewalks require a minimum of 5 ft. of clearance for pedestrian traffic.  Chairs placed within narrow sidewalks, across driveways, or otherwise impeding pedestrian access will be removed.  The public is encouraged to remove chairs immediately following the parade.
